Hillsborough Apartments is located in Roseville, MN in the 55113 zip code.
I’ve been living here for 5-6months and it’s ok.. small unit great for 1-2persons. Close to stores and very convenient to get around. Located in a quiet neighborhood as well. Residents are kind as well and apartment isn’t too loud or noisy. My rent was affordable for me so that’s the only good thing. Very bad part is the apartment has a very bad smell and it’s very bad. My unit smells so bad too. I mention it to the staff but all they could do is just shrugged it off. The smell, smells like... cloves or like a musty spicy scent, not sure how to describe it but it stank so bad. My lease doesn’t end till 2025 so I’m just staying here for now. They have a small fitness room and 2 swimming pool and it’s a great use too. However this apartment is literally like a loop or like a circle. If you’re on the further end, you won’t even be near the elevator so don’t even bother with it. Also if your unit is facing the courtyard make sure to have extra earplugs because during the summer and spring the frogs can be really really loud because there’s a pond at the courtyard.

Great place to live! But....
Lived here since 2021 and it has been a great place to stay. However, ever since their renovation I've seen my rent go up and up with every new extension lease. I love living here and its pretty quiet for me but seeing these 1BR being listed lower than what I am paying for is truly disappointing.

So happy with this place!
Wow, the staff have been wonderful! Very responsive and appropriate, both in-person and via email. All of the notices have been timely, professional, and appropriate. Very well-managed and maintained. Repairs are speedy. Residents are medium-friendly -- some a tad more or less than others but nobody on the extreme that I have met so far. I have zero complaints. I have lived in multiple apartments throughout my life, and this has been my best experience.
