Wonder why they have so vacant apartments
I lived one year and couldn’t wait until my lease ended. Is dirty place. Maintenance will not come about week and half because they busy working vacant units. They charged painting the unit and they didn’t being transparent when signing the leases. I would not recommend anyone to live there

Reva is the Best. The tour was led by Reva who was not only knowledgeable, but kind and patient. It was comforting when residents addressed her by name, and she knew them by name. Knowing she will be in the office looking out for us with her many years of experience is comforting.

Remodel Residents were greatly unconvinced by the project. Losing parking lot space, occasionally losing access to the parking garages, loss of access to the pool for a year and counting, ripping and pounding for days at a time and the constant beep beep beep of the equipment all day long. No consideration or compensation to the tenants , especially for the loss of the pool and -hello! - an increase in rent!
