Very nice and tightly run by onsite staff, beautiful river location
This is a really good value and a convenient location on the bus line, and the staff does a good job of keeping order. Maintenance is responsive, parking is easy and guaranteed but you need to have a parking permit and friends must stay in guest parking. The units on the Sauk River are an especially good value and have beautiful views. Our unit was nicely updated and the commons areas are respectable.
