I moved in about 3 months ago into a one bedroom, one bath apartment. The rooms are large, especially pleased with my big bedroom, and I have a washer/dryer in unit, a dishwasher, TONS of storage (even turned one closet off the kitchen into a pantry), a huge bathroom counter, and a nice deck. The grounds are kept clean and well manicured and the hallways always look clean. The rent is good too! The only thing that I'm missing is new carpet or flooring in my apartment, but I really do love it... here!

needs caretakers bad!
been here a few years and management doesn't seem to care about trash and messes lately sick of all the garbage in the parking lots too

We are just seeing this review now but wanted to let you know that we really did struggle to find a good caretaker for a couple years at some of our Executive buildings. We have gone another route now and have hired a cleaning company to do all the... cleaning in the buildings and on the grounds. The state of the buildings and all the common areas is of utmost importance to us and that is also why we have put in new carpet and are redoing the exterior of the buildings as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding! We strive to give everyone at Executive a positive living experience.
