The property manager and the on site manager don't communicate about anything that is going on in that place, cameras in building only on the top floor, apartment are not maintained or and are falling apart, if you leave they charge you for previous damage done to it. Carpets are never replaced, the crime is out of hand, blame renters for lack of security, the whole time I was there they had the door access was not hooked up. They allow criminal activity to happen and blame the renters for it. I... was there for 3 years because of the cheep rent but it was a pain because of lack of security, they make you park on the street if you don't have a vehicle that is up to their codes, they don't tell you that parking on the street is switch sides everyday, and the property manager Granite City Realty doesn't care about complaints on anything.
