The units themselves are decent and the neighborhood isn't bad. Problem is with other tenants constantly smoking pot, doing crossfit (or maybe training an elephant?) at 2 am, installing illegal AC units, and leaving building doors open for anyone to wander in.
Management does try to address maintenance requests and can be found on-site most days, but the increasing problems with neighbors drove us out.

Going downhill.
Management has turned a blind eye to problem tenants. This used to be a well kept property but no longer. The ground floor tenants have cut out the screens on the patio to enter without using the front door effectively circumventing the security of the building. As a neighbor they did not respond to complaints about the tenant who left his dog unattended around the clock on the patio and barked non-stop for days. If you see someone running the stop signs with their stereo blaring you can be... pretty sure they will turn into this building. Just saying what we see from this property.
