Amazing!!

There is not a more beautiful place in the Twin Cities!! Gorgeous building and beautiful views. There really is hardly anything to complain about. Not to mention the first-class management team and friendly staff! I honestly can't imagine a better place to live.

Love it!

Beautiful apartments, tons of great amenities, awesome for pets, and a lively neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, access to the river, farmers market, CHS field. The staff have gone above and beyond to help us feel at home here. Great place to live!

Loved living here

Amazing amenities, terrific staff, next to a lot of restaurants, tap rooms, events and connected to the skyway. Across the street from the Green Line. Super convenient location and well worth the price especially if you work remotely due to the office spaces.

Nice look - no parking - unresponsive management

I would have been happy living here but we couldn't get a direct answer about parking. After visiting and getting a wonderful tour (thanks - sorry we can't post your name. You know who you are. Thanks again.). Our wonderful tour guide was unable to give an answer about parking availability. We were told to contact another manager. She was continually too busy and finally emailed us but simply said to apply and then we could work out parking.

Seeing as this is downtown Saint Paul I'm not going...
to give you an application fee and then see if you have parking available and wait until then for you to tell me what the cost is. That's just dumb. And seeing as we're moving in because we are building a new home and need somewhere to live while our home is being demolished, I'm pretty sure our credit will be fine and I know our income is well over the requirements. So I don't really feel the need to just give you this money without knowing that the property fits our requirements.

After sending back an email that simply stated that we'd be happy to apply after getting more solid information about parking the management never replied. I guess they have enough tenants.

If you don't have any vehicles this is probably an awesome place to live - assuming you won't ever have any questions for management. They don't seem like they care at all.
