Perfect !

Brand new apartments tucked in capital hills neighborhood. Awesome amenities, gym. Pool table, a gathering room . everything is brand new . Top of the line washer in dryer in my unit . Love how perfect my studio is. I moved here to be closer to work , it is minutes from downtown saint paul . Management is amazing , and friendly. I am glad i chose to live here . I would definitely recommend living at five 90 park ..

This has been a great move for me.

This has been a great move for me. My recent job change took me far beyond a reasonable commuting distance but my wife did not want to relocate to the Cities, so I became a weekend commuter. In trying to find a place for me to stay we looked at several alternatives including renting a room in a house, or a long-term B&B solution. As we explored our options, we found the 590 Park Apartments which made the previously mentioned solutions much less attractive.

I now live in one of the 590 Park...
studio apartments and love my new place. The room is just perfect for me and the views from my window are fantastic, especially as the sun sets over the Cities. I already look forward to spring and being able to sit on my balcony after work watching the sunset while sipping a cold drink. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of St Paul. I have taken walks around the area including the Capitol, St Paul’s Cathedral and Summit avenue. I am less than 1.5 miles from work, so I have been walking there almost every day leaving my car in the garage.

I have enjoyed some of the building’s amenities such as the fitness center and I look forward to using some of the other ones, like playing a game of pool in the building’s lobby lounge area, once the Covid restrictions are lifted. The building management has been fantastic, and has tried hard, despite the restrictions, to make the residents feel welcome and build a community by organizing resident events. Next Wednesday I look forward to attending a virtual Charcuterie (fancy cheese platter – I had to look that one up too) Workshop organized by the management.

I am really glad we made the decision for me to move into a 590 Park apartment. My wife came up recently for the weekend and we had a great time, enjoying all things the city had to offer and be able to return to our own little place. She felt that coming to visit here was like staying at a fancy B&B except this one took care of all of her meals (Note: I was the chef included in this romantic get-a-way)
