I just moved in! I love the floor to ceiling windows and the close proximity to coffee shops and a grocery store. Management made my move-in so easy, and the building seems well taken care of.

The apartment is sooo nice to live in!
They're so cozy and homey! I love it so much. The building is smaller than a typical new apartment and so I feel more connected to the outside and my neighbors. The hallways aren't just endless mazes like in the big buildings. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful windows and walkable!
I absolutely love living at Montgomery Place! One of my favorite things about my apartment is the large windows—there’s so much natural light during the day, which makes the space feel open and inviting.
The location is another huge perk. I can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and even the grocery store, which has been so convenient. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to be in a walkable neighborhood.
The building is well-maintained, and the staff are always friendly and responsive whenever I... have a question or need assistance. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home!
