Great Expectations, but Disappointing Realities

My initial optimism based on reviews has been met with disappointment. While our neighbors are friendly, we've encountered several issues within the first few weeks of moving in. The floorboards have shifted, cabinet vinyl is peeling, and our garbage disposal was leaking dirty water upon move-in. Our dishwasher is in poor shape, ceiling fans are missing chains, and fixtures have cracks. Loose blinds were scattered on the ground when we arrived, and we've spotted mice in the halls. The elevator... frequently breaks down. The bedroom carpet clearly bears stains from previous tenants, and heating vents are caked with animal hair.

On a positive note, the underground parking is convenient, and there's ample storage space. The lady responsible for maintaining common areas is dedicated and does her best, but the maintenance team's responsiveness and attitude leave much to be desired.

Great place!

I love it here. Everyone is friendly, and management is responsive to requests. I love the underground parking garage too. Cleaning staff do a good job at maintaining the hallways and stairwells.

let me just start off by saying this place is absolutely amazing. Yeah the interior may not be its best, and the carpet needs to be updated because we all know it aint cute. But the staff (especially the manger) makes up for it. Most of them are hardworking and driven. They put in team effort to go clean apartments when quite frankly, its not their job. But seeing them everyday just makes my day 2x better and they always have me laughing! haha xoxo -A
