Great Experience

Since Fall 2022 when Reacor took over management of the building, we have had a great experience at The Blair Apartments! They staff the office 5 days a week and are quickly responsive to needs. Maintenance communicates well in my experience, when needed, and quickly fixes even non-urgent requests. Due to it being a multi-use building with commercial space beneath, there has been noise from this construction but staff has been understanding with complaints about these even thought its not... particularly within their control. The location is a great part of St. Paul with many restaurants, cafes, AA convenience market, and other shops within walking distance.

Stunning place to live

I love all the improvements being done at The Blair. It’s beautiful and clean and the people are friendly and helpful. The Blair is The Best!
