Other then that it’s great! If you don’t mind broke washing machines that they won’t fix heat or hot water pretty much anything maintenance don’t know how to fix a thing. They all do nothing and get paid. Ask anyone that still lives their or read the reviews.

Horrible
No one is ever at the property. It wasn't that bad when we first moved there but now that place is covered in trash outside. I would help with a neighborhood cleanup if they organized that. Even though I am not the one throwing trash all over the place. Seriously, baby bottles, toys, plastic bottles, so much trash. Condoms in the hallway last week. At least they were unused condoms. But I am not surprised by the stuff I see anymore at this place. We complained about the people above us throwing... cig butts on our patio. Nothing was really done about that either. They set up fines for dog poop which I was happy about but I don't think anything has actually been done about dog poop. Still lots of dog poop around the property. Always a fire alarm going off it seems like at least once a month. It is embarrassing. When I have family come over to my apartment I want the outside to look clean, too. At least I know I keep our apartment clean. I can't wait to move out of this place and into our own house soon. Goodbye Keeneland. Won't miss you. Keeneland you could be a great community, if you actually had some people come out and manage the property more. Letters on our doors every 6 months doesn't do anything. Organize a neighborhood trash pickup, Have a trash receptacle by each door. Make the dog area more of a dog area. Actually supply some poop pick up bags. My husband and I just buy our own little potty bags to pick up after our dog. But I don't think everyone does that because still lots of poop around the property. Do more landscraping. The rocks around the property doesn't look good at all. Keeneland is a dump. Unless they make major changes, do not move here!

Waste of Time
My husband and I tried applying there. It took them 2 months just to cash the application fee. Shortly after, we got a letter in the mail saying we weren't accepted, and the letter was ripped up in half inside the envelope with a completely different zip code that was far off from ours on the envelope. They couldn't even call to tell us

DO NOT RENT HERE! They make up fake charges against you, management is rude and the building inside and outside is filthy dirty!!!!

My experiences at Keeneland Village
I am a current resident and I've been here almost 3 years. No rental property, especially apartment living is perfect. Of all the places I've rented the only place that was better was a duplex with a private owner. As far as corporate ownership goes this is the best I've had. I'm disabled and if I need something special I ask. They are very good about putting notices on our doors in advance for things. It is quiet and across from a pond, walking paths and bike trails. I see wildlife all the time... . I enjoy living here and plan to stay for the indefinite future. Now, I will admit when I first moved here we went through some growing pains with a lot of management changes. That seems to be under control and our current liaison is a wonderful person, just very busy.
