Though I’ve only been living here for a short period of time, I’ve had the most pleasant rental experience here. The property manager is very kind and the community is pleasant and quiet. I love the amenities, excellent internet, having a dishwasher, a laundry machine, and an air conditioner in my unit leave me with nothing to want for. There’s a lot of storage space well designed into the units, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. The patio is isolated from the neighboring patios which I... appreciate and is big enough to comfortably fit a couple chairs and a small table, and perhaps some plants when it gets warm enough. We are also lucky to have a view of the lake from our side of the building. The building is secured and I feel very safe here, I work at night and have to walk outside to my car when it’s dark but the area is appropriately lit and I feel safe with exterior security cameras keeping an eye on me. In general the neighborhood is safe and that’s been really calming. There is a bike path outside of the apartments and going for a walk near the lake is very beautiful. I am very happy to live here, the application process was efficient, corporate was very helpful (but for some reason their emails may show up as spam so check your junk mail!), and moving in was easy even with a top floor unit thanks to the spacious elevator. This apartment will definitely set a standard for the rest of my rental experience, and I already highly recommend living here!
