The location is located conveniently next to 52 and 494, yet very quite. 20 minute drive in any direction takes you to a shopping center. Neighborhood is quite, other residents are respectful. Staff is pleasant to talk to and very friendly.

The good - price is great, safe area, friendly management, any issues within apartment are taken care of quickly. Building is kept generally clean.
Could use some help - There is permit parking, but sometimes is tough for guests. Walls are thin, you will hear what's going on next to you and above you (if you don't live on the top floor), and your neighbors will also hear you.
All in all I would recommend this complex, for me, the good outweighs the bad, when I consider what I'm getting... against what I'm paying in rent.

I live in the apartment building. While I do understand the review below (talking about the smoking), I would encourage them to come back and check it out again. There are very few times that I actually smell anything in the hallways (although I would love it if they made the whole complex non-smoking!) My apartment is beautiful, great layout, great view - very safe & secure, common areas look nice and are always clean - office staff is always helpful and available, maintenance staff is prompt... and top-notch. Highly recommend.
