Not good for Small Pets!
Though it isn't outlined anywhere but on the lease itself, this property will absolutely not accept any birds, reptiles, or aquatic animals. They asked for a disability requiring us to have my two small lizards, who have been pets for 5+ years! I backed out of my lease rather than get rid of my pets, be aware you may have to as well!
if this property is going to restrict pet ownership to just dogs/cats, it really needs to be outlined somewhere!

Such a welcoming community!
I have been a resident of The Legacy for 5 years and have loved every minute of it! My neighbors are so welcoming and friendly. The maintenance guy Josh does such a great job of taking care of the maintenance needs of the building. The caretakers Bruce and Marcell keep the building so clean and well kept and Krissy our manager really cares about her residents both personally and professionally.
