BEWARE

Where can I start, there is so much to say about this complex and the new management team that took over last year. I lived at this complex for a very many years and since that new manager came in its the most shadiest place I have ever lived. future tenants beware of their drastic deduction on your SECURITY DEPOSIT. They would try to hold it if they find any little thing such as 3 light bulb missing there is charge of 9 dollars, bedroom blind charge of $42, cleaning charge on wall 140. The... walls should have a new coat of paint, these are the little things they deduct from your deposit. By time they deduct from your deposit you have nothing left and they would come into your unit without proper notification. do not let the $250 move in rebate fool you, you will regret it! This is why there are so many units on the market too overprice and money hungry. Not a good management team.

don't live here if you want your car

I came home with no where to park whatsoever. So I park in the Overflow lot which apparently is reserved for non tenants only. one would think my permit would override and I would be safe to park. apparently non tenants and those who don't pay rent have better parking than I do. they towed my car. this is the shadiest place I've ever lived. I checked one star but they really should have a spot to check 0 star

My apartment

I love my apartment is a dream come through the place is quiet and peaceful. The vicinity is quiet and peaceful the best thing I love about my apartment is that is located in an area where I get to the highways . I love the management team fhey always priofedsional and fhey get the job done on a timely manner I love my apartment and which to remain living at this location which convenient for me and my daughter.
