Sometimes very inconsiderate neighbors. Office sent an email out to resolve this issue but never followed through. It's discouraging the Leasing Office would continue to allow these things to happen!

Bad customer service. Calls can not be answered most of the time. maintenance requests take months to fix and most of them get marked as solved by email but no one come to fix any thing.
Bad experience. Poor condition building when you moved in. Careless people who paint, fix the wall or maintain the appliances, bathrooms or the floors. Woods make a lot of noise. Some times I feel the floor will brake down to the basement.
When I moved in I took me many months then I had to buy my own... appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, dryer and washer). They can't fix it and they don't want to replace it.!!
Billing Water and Sewer You have to pay for what your neighbors waste. You don't have meter to measure how much water you waste.
