My husband and I moved in as newlyweds in August and we have had nothing but positive experiences since then. Everything is beautiful and the staff is amazing! Can’t imagine calling home anywhere else!

Good and Bad
They have been very helpful every time I have a question regarding the apartments. The approval process was simple and Hanna went above and beyond to help me. Now that I have been moved in for a week, there are many things I wanted to include in my review. I have lived in four apartment complexes and have never had the complications I've been running into at Encore. Day One, move-in day was unorganized simply because the elevator was not working yet (when I first put in my deposit I was... guaranteed all amenities would be available) so that is why I chose the 4th floor. Moving couches, TV's, etc. up four flights of stairs made move in day terrible for myself and my neighbors on the 4th floor. The landscaping is still not complete so we had to walk through grass and mud while moving. The AT&T Fiber is included in the rent, but it took them four days to get their rep out there to fix things, which means I paid a prorated amount for November for Wi-Fi I did not have. Which also affected my work since I usually work from home. Call boxes to get into the apartment were a part of the lease agreement, if you have family or friends they can find your name and call, and the resident can let them in. It was broken Day 1 and still have not received and update on that so having visitors is annoying for both them and me. I was also under the impression that my building would be finished by move in day, not still under construction. The walk ways on the stairs are not painted, no trim, windows are covered in paint. I also figured the apartment would be built nicely due to the price of rent. With the issues I found during my inspection, you can tell the work was done quickly which causes little screw ups but a disappointment when moving into a brand new place. All this being said, the leasing agents, management and maintenance have went above and beyond to fix these issues for me. The club house and gym are stunning and the Spin room is a fun alternative for a work out! I love how big my patio is, but do not move onto the fourth floor studio. You have 0 privacy when it comes to the patio. My favorite part is how easy the resident portal is, management responds very quickly, the appliances are top of line, and the walk-in closets are perfect for storage as well.
