The Adora Townhomes is super affordable for the amount of space you get! Maintenance is always fast and the office team is ready to help with whatever you need.

I’ve been here for the fall 24 semester and i’ve really enjoyed staying here. I have even renewed my lease and will continue to stay here for the next year. The amenities plus the fixed utilities rate and kind staff are all huge positives for me.

I’ve lived at the Adora townhomes for 2 years now! The complex is in a safe neighborhood on the south side of Columbia. They have a courtesy officer for safety, a quick and well mannered maintenance team if anything goes wrong, and the landscaping team keeps up very well! It’s a nice and clean community to live in. Very pet friendly! You see many people walking their dogs at night and the area is kept clean with many sanitary doggy clean up stations. The pool is a nice amenity during the summers... and the hot tub is great for winter. The clubhouse and staff are always doing fun giveaways and keeping the community active with game nights seasonally. The shuttle is great if you are a college student and is always available. They provide quick text updates to the community if the office is closed or if there are treats at the office on special occasions so you don’t really miss out on anything. The gym is not too crowded and has 24 hour access which is rare in college complexes. Overall, it’s been a very nice and easy place to live. I have lived here for around two years now, and I love it! The buildings are well laid out, providing enough space in each bedroom, the kitchen is big enough to fit me and my roommates items, and it is in a quaint part of Columbia, making it nice to relax after classes!
