I have no idea how this place has 4 stars. EVERYTHING in this place is run down, outdated, and poorly maintained. There were holes in my shower basin. I only got about five minutes of hot water, and when asked if maintenance could do anything about it, I was told to "Get in faster." Whoever painted my unit had NO IDEA what they were doing, as it was done incredibly poorly and there were drips of paint and splatters EVERYWHERE. The carpet was dingy and smelled awful. The fireplace was not... properly maintained and therefore I constantly had bugs in my unit. This is on top of communication being absolutely non-existent. The people who work here are extremely careless and ignore their residents consistently. None of the amenities are maintained well nor clean. This place is the bare minimum of livable conditions compared to every other apartment complex I've experienced. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

This is a poor place to rent from
This apartment complex at least the building going down 807 cross creek are disgusting. I’ve been here a year, I do not keep food in my apartment, and there are bugs and gnats everywhere. Every single day I’m vacuuming up bugs. The master bathroom I no longer go in cause every time I try to clean out comes brown recluses. The tile is coming up. The lining of the walls at the carpet edges are coming up and what appears to be little chips being moved which looks like bugs crawled thru... .
Maintenance will close out tickets without completing work. I’ve had a ticket open for over a month for them to close it out saying they don’t know what was done if I still need assistance resubmit a ticket. That makes no sense. Why they wouldn’t contact me instead is beyond me.
My lease is up September 1st. At first they tried saying the city was behind in doing inspections so I could sign the new lease and transfer in 6 months and pay $600.00. What they aren’t aware of is I called Creve Coeur and they said that was not true. I never even brought it up with Waterfront Crossings. Now they are saying they are behind and not doing transfers. As a resident that has not caused problems and been very communicative this is absurd. When I moved in they did not allow me to view the apartment first, they told me I was getting an updated unit, and has been one of the worst experience I’ve had renting.
The reviews are true, they will come back with a generic speech saying they want to talk about this for them to say whatever they want no in public form.
I want in a different unit and also lower my bill by going to a one bedroom. It’s their choice to say no, however to put me in a unit with bugs and spiders and say oh it’s the bottom floor is unacceptable.

Great location, not so great apartment
When I first moved into the apartment back in June 2020, it was dirty, and there were empty soda cans and sunflower seeds on the floors in the bedrooms and their closets. All of the paint on the baseboards around the apartment were chipping off and the bathroom walls had white spots where they had been patched and never even painted over. The office staff said they could have everything redone but that I wouldn't be able to stay in the apt while they did it becuse it would take a few days. That... was not an option so I just had to deal with it. Maintenance is not quick to resolve issues at all. I have been missing blinds since I moved in back in June 2020 and the drain in the guest bathroom has been broken for over 2 months now. Hard to give up the great location for my daughters school and my work, but definitely not satisfied with the condition of the apartment.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
I wish I would have saved myself the troubles and read the reviews before moving.
Since move in March2020 I have had issues. I have been unable to shower in my home due to a plumbing issue and they have been giving the run around for months not willing to fix it. Maintenance and office staff are rude and do not care about your issues. They are in business to make money. THAT IS ALL they do not care about their tenants.
Take your money to a better community

Horrible Place Do Not Move Here
Everything about this place is bad. From the inside to the outside of the apartment. When we first move in the apartment inside was never clean, had spider webs, the toilets were dirty, the tubs were dirty and the blinds were never clean. The people in the office they speak to you with a horrible attitude and they are zero helpful. Please do not waste your money in this place.
