Don't bother!

I've been in this apartment over 6 years. Management changes like the seasons. I've signed more leases then lived here because they lose paperwork or purposely shred it, she even told me. I've NEVER had the pool open the entire time I've been here, but I still pay for. They never answer emergency calls, or at all. They came in one time when I wasn't home and flooded my bathroom and hall, didn't clean it up or lease any notice of being there. The last two year rent has gone up over $100 and they... are quick to force you to sign things. They made maintenance bring over a paper with personal information and payments for me to sign. They are not professional and do not update anything for my old apartment to go up so much in rent. Neighbors kids run around and key cars. I could go on, so please save your money for elsewhere. This place will drive you crazy and drain your wallet.

What a joke.

This place has the potential to be a good apartment complex but the management sucks. I tried to apply here. The lady expected me to put down a deposit on an apartment that I had never even seen before. She did not have anything available to show me, nor could she even give me a general idea of where I would be in the complex. The lady then went on to say that she did not even remember dealing with me as if that was supposed to be some sort of excuse as to why she would have fill out the... application and pay 35 dollars without ever telling me they would not have anything available to even allow me to view the place. Not to mention they "approved" me without ever telling me I needed six paystubs despite her knowing I had only been at my job two months and get paid twice a month. When I asked for my money order back she acted like I committed some crime by not wanting to put down a deposit on a place I had never even seen before and wanted to cop an attitude about it. I definitely feel like I dodged a bullet with this one. If this is how they manage new potential applicants who have already been "approved" I can only imagine what a mess it would be to live there. Apply at your own risk, for sure.

Don't waste your time

The lady at the desk when you go in the office is rude, ignorant and unprofessional. She won't answer any questions that you have over the phone unless you are a potential renter, meaning - let her know what size apt you want, get approved and go in and fill out paperwork. The complex is horrible and looks ran down. The pictures on the site are very deceitful, you should go by there first. It's overpriced for an income-based complex. Do your homework and if you can afford it – go somewhere else... because there’s a reason why they have 2.7 stars and disgruntled present and past residents. If I could give it zero stars, I would. And just in case they take my review down, I will be posting it to other sites.

If it wasn't convenient

First off around one corner is a fire station and around the other corner is the police station. It's a few minutes from Truman Corners and by the expressway. CVS, Walgreens and other stores are nearby as well. There are other good convenient things around this complex but if these things weren't available I wouldn't live here.

First off if you're looking for a quiet place to stay this 'aint' it. You got people who have rowdy children running amok. You got neighbors blasting their music...
throughout the day until the wee hours of the night and the police won't come out until the quiet curfew is initiated. There's also the occasional neighbor squabbles that happen on a few. I've seen police come through where I live and take a few people in.

This complex is now dealing with new management and these people are a trip. They tell you they will enforce the rules if the rules are broken but if you're a on-time paying tenant breaking the rules then they won't do anything. The last management was like this as well.

I've lived here for several years now and can't find a complex that pays for water, sewage, trash, and gas. It's a bit easier on my pocket book to have one huge amenity paid for considering how much I was paying at the last apartment complex I was living at.

As mentioned before, it's a convenient place to live but peace and quiet you will not get.
