Not sure what’s up with the rating. These are Amazing apartments for the value. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with everything from staff to maintenance. I understand that people like to write bad reviews if they don’t get their way. Pay rent on time and don’t break the rules and you’ll be fine. I’ve never had an issue with any bad management since I’ve been here for the last 4 years.

Wow, this is such an amazing place to live! Great price, great location, quiet, convenient location. Good and attentive property manager and on-site maintenance that are just awesome. I can't believe I found this place. More people should know about this!

a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Love this place!

Been living at these apartments since February and been having no issues. Property is clean and always see maintenance working around property. Management team is very helpful.
