My boyfriend and I are 20 and moving into our first place together, and this was the highest rated. This place was definitely built in 1989. The bathroom and kitchen floors are an ugly yellow with blue lines, and the stove and oven are ancient, and the fridge is small. the neighbors are loud and noisy, especially bumping music all the time. But other than the floors and kitchen, it isn't too bad. Just wish i had chosen a different place ??

We loved living there. Only problem we had was the parking. If it was a Friday and people had a party...there was no parking any where. It was a real hassle. But you couldnt ask for a better maintenance man...Bob is the best. I don' t care what time it is. Bob is there. It's a nice place to live.
