With 14 units in total, we made sure every loft here at Brick + Mortar has its own distinct layout and finishes, ensuring no loft is identical so that each space can feel uniquely your own. Staying true to the building’s origin we kept every unique feature we were able to salvage; from the vintage doors we repurposed into sliding pantry doors, incredible 14’-16’ ceiling heights, industrial support beams spanning the length of the building, to the original hardwood floors we were miraculously able to save. The safety of our tenants is extremely important to us so all entrances to the lofts are secured entry points, ensuring only tenants can enter the building or parking garage. With the parking garage connected, you never have to step out into the elements. Security cameras are located around the exterior of the building as well as inside the parking garage.
