Be careful about your decision when signing lease here
Terrible service when it comes to fixing issues with apartment. Did not fully fix air conditioning unit in summer and was a nightmare. Electric bill went from around $100 to averaging $350 per month towards end of lease. Be careful signing a lease here

Will not be renewing lease here...
Management has been terrible about getting back with us. We had a leak in our ceiling from our upstairs tenant and it has YET to be looked at or fixed. Our "renovated unit" had the vents painted over with dirt and dust on them, and a dead fly in one of our lights because they failed to clean it. needless to say, I am greatly disappointed in this place for the amount of money we're paying.
