The property recently changed hands...again, and this have been a nightmare at this property. One elevator has been inoperative for over 4 months. The front door rarely is secured, and the ongoing maintenance issues throughout the garage are just a few of the major problems. The biggest is there have been countless break-ins into the "secured" parking garage where there are no cameras and access is easily gained through alley doors and 30+year garage doors that are often also inoperable.
They... lately spent money on painting hallways, updating lighting, and renovating vacant apartments. The construction noise of this process will continue as unit vacate and there is no consideration to existing tenants. So any perspective tenant be forewarned that everything looks great, but don't be fooled by this "lipstick on a pig" approach to what is a terrible management problem that's growing worse each day!

Terrible and Poor Management
Unresponsive management that ignores resident communications, broken elevators, constant break ins, and ongoing security issues. Lofts are cute, but not worth the constant headache Tiffany, the property manager, consistently ignores.
