The management of this complex is a joke and extremely irresponsible. You pay a lot for Wi-Fi, parking, and utilities, and it's not worth it. The employees show no respect. They've also had bug and pigeon problems. Definitely not luxury.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the costs that those companies offer. However, we do offer FREE WIFI... in our business centers and clubhouse areas for our residents to enjoy. We pride ourselves in customer service, amenities and cleanliness and apologize if that was not your experience at RM West. Please reach out to management to help resolve these concerns. Under new management; Renter beware
Ignore any reviews older than fall 2021. A new owner and new property management took over. They are introducing many questionable hidden fees (hitting residents with increases to pet rent, deposits, and a new "move out" fee), quality and responsiveness of maintenance and upkeep has gone down, the staff doesn't even walk the property often enough to notice anything anymore, and communications are a mess.
On top of that, these buildings are wood-framed and 5 stories tall. It's a cheaper way to... build apartments and helps expand housing availability but it has problems at this height and price range. Every apartment is now getting large cracks in the walls and ceilings from the continuous movement and settling of the wooden building. The doors, locks, and windows all stop working, etc.
