Love the home that I've made in my apartment at Embassy! The location is great. The rent is reasonable. Neighbors are quiet and considerate.
There are occasionally issues with the garbage, I will say.
Overall, it's a great place to live!

I have lived in the Embassy Apartments for many years and am very happy with the location and amenities. It is a family friendly complex with a lot to do including swimming and a workout room. It is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend to anyone.

I've lived in the Kings Apartments (specific Embassy Apartment) for two years and signed up for my third year. If you are a college kid, these apartments are great. They are a located right next to Missouri State University and downtown Springfield. I work downtown and it is a ten minute walk to get there and 10 minutes to get to campus. Also since there are so many Greek houses on this same street, University police and regular police patrol a lot which adds an extra security measure.
The size... of the apartment is probably the best feature. Huge living room and bedroom. Multiple closets (one even big enough to store a bike). These apartments are truly built for college kids.

Embassy apartments has been a great place for the past two years for me! The wooten company is easy to get ahold of if we have an questions at all and Ozark is a great town to live in. It is quiet, but still close to Springfield if we need to go there. I would definitely recommend checking Embassy out!
