Big Price, Small Amenities

This apartment is owned by a big property management firm, but with only two buildings the complex is poorly managed (despite higher than average rent for the area). The pool is closed often for cleaning / repairs. The gym has been closed over the course of my entire lease. Lots of loud kids that jump around the corridors & pool area. Laundry room and pool restrooms always locked. People park in handicap parking. Poor-slow "over the air" internet connection that is shared with all tenants - not... secure (aka, smart tenants can spy on your usage). Some units have a lot of smoke damage covered up with paint and decks that are covered in ash. Someone is in the office twice a week, and that person changes a lot (3 times since living here).

You are... correct that the pool, gym and restroom to those facilities are currently closed as we are making repairs to ensure that these are safe and fun amenities for our residents. We do apologize for the inconvenience and are working to get it up just as quickly as possible. Keys are available to the laundry room upon request - please contact the leasing office for this. We do apologize you are not satisfied with your internet connection - this internet is provided by the community but residents are welcome to upgrade to a faster speed if needed. The property is staffed 5-days a week but has shorter days on Tuesday and Thursday. Again, we are happy to further address your concerns directly if you could contact the leasing office directly. We do appreciate your feedback as we are always looking to improve and offer even better experiences for our residents.
