If you want to be social and attend summer concerts, grab some pizza are frozen drinks outdoors, lounge in the lazy pool, only minutes from highway 370, this is the apartment for you. I just signed a new lease for my second year and I couldn't be happier! Maintenance is super quick to address any issue. Whenever I call the office, Pam is always friendly and helpful. Take a tour ASAP and you will fall in love!

Worst apartment I have ever lived in
.A/C & furnace has went out several times each in 2 yrs, hardly ever cut the grass or clean up the land scraping. Inside is poorly maintained, The A/C units are way too small for these apartments, you have to set the temperature down stairs at 60 degrees just to get the upstairs down to 70 degrees at night in the summer which means the A/C is always running ( huge electric bills). Management get in no hurry to fix anything. In one year they raised rent $250 buck.
