If You Have To Have a Place.

I feel like an imbecile for having just renewed my lease. The apartment itself is not bad, but the building and location is awful. I feel unsafe most of the time. Maintenance never calls back or never shows up. There are people smoking and partying in the hallways until 5 Am.
This place is also not in the safest neighborhood. Nervous all the time. Unfortunately, this property management is one of the only ones that will take large dogs, and I have one, so I hafta take what I can. PS nobody...
leashes their dogs when they take them out. He got attacked and bit right after I moved in. 200 vet bill. This mgmt team doesn't care about it's cheaper properties.
