This place is great

They are so helpful all the time. If there’s a maintenance request, it’s typically taken care of within 48 hours and they are extremely considerate. 11/10 would recommend.

Run

Old, outdated, trash on the grounds, people speeding, cars getting damaged, tough to get a spot near your residence. Office staff appear nice on the surface, don't be fooled

Deeply disappointed after five years

We were residents for over five years. We always paid on time and were nice tenants and neighbors. Office staff, particularly Cori, thinks too highly of herself when speaking with residents.
We also got screwed on water and sewer bill every month because it was charged by number of tenants in a townhome instead of on own meters like electric. Our water bill was always $150 or more!!! We owned a whole house and never paid more than $60!!! The upper level in townhomes is ridiculously hot most of...
the year but summer is unbearable. They didn't want us installing our own window unit so we took portable from office to make it bearable. Parking is always a fight between apartments and townhomes (who pay MORE and never got assigned parking given). Jeanine tried; overall it was an oka, but crappy experience. I do feel they should be upfront about poor circulation in townhomes and water bill. We are deeply disappointed after five years of great tenants, we got little of our deposit back even though the unit was cleaner than when we moved in!!!! I do NOT recommend.

Good apartment but bad administration

The apartments are nice and the maintenance is always here to help you.

But the administration is not helpful at all. They never really accommodate you, the rent increases are huge and they never reacted to my several notices of the noise issue with my neighbors. I lived there for 3 years but honestly I would have moved earlier if I could. My neighbors made me live a nightmare and nobody supported me apart saying "call the police".

I think you can find a better place to live.

Fantastic place!

I cannot say enough good stuff about Covington Place, and the management!

First, Lisa was outstanding in getting us set up and providing a smooth check-in process.

Second, the place is pet friendly with locations across the property to dispose of a dog's business, but they also provide clean up bags at each station. The grounds are well maintained and there's a great little dog park on the property!

Third, there's a great looking pool (closed right now due to COVID-19, but it looks fun...
once it opens back up).

Fourth, the property is in a great location and is just beautiful in general.

Lastly, during the move-in walk through Lisa said if we found any minor repairs or damage to let her know. The next day I found a few things (old damage from prior tenant). I told Lisa and she marked it down right away so I won'tbe charged when my lease is up. Then, I found some damage that needed repair. I stopped by her office and let her know, and within an hour it was serviced and fixed! Prompt, excellent service.

I cannot recommend Covington Place enough.
