Repairs and compensation are not proceeding well.


I suffered for over a week due to sewage backup causing odor and water issues. The cleaning service was also inadequate, and the compensation was minimal. There was an emergency call option, but they did not respond. The old sewage pipes are a problem, but the lack of prompt response is disappointing. So far, there haven't been any insects, but residents on the 3rd floor say there are pests. Furthermore, I arrived late at the airport on the first day and couldn't even get the key, so I had to...

Cockroach central

I lived on the ground floor and dealt with a cockroach infestation for 2 years that was never resolved or fully treated despite numerous complaints. The cockroaches were only the tip of the iceberg along with poor management, stolen packages, security issues, and complete lack of communication from management about safety issues. It’s definitely not worth the slightly lower rent to live in such horrible conditions. The management and apartment appearance appeared nice at first but were very... misleading!

Poor maintenance of premises

Leaky pipes, thin walls that let you hear everything your neighbors do or say, and frequently broken laundry machines that take your money but won't dry your clothes.

Leaky pipes

Old pipes continually break down. My apartment had five sewage leaks in the span of two months that caused water flushed from other people's toilets to leak through the ceiling. Not worth the high cost of rent for me.

Poor Delivery Management

The delivery management system in this building is flawed. Many UPS/USPS deliveries happen after the office hours and they usually leave the packages in front of the unlocked entrance, where they are often stolen from. Recently, there's been an increase of thefts inside the building as well. The leasing agent's attitude is usually agitating and antagonizing. I hope the management replaces the current leasing agent and improves the delivery management system.

While we have done everything we can to let carriers know NOT to leave packages in the front foyer, they sometimes still do. So, we let tell everyone if you are having something delivered on Sunday or after the office is closed, make sure you come down ASAP once you get the notification form your carrier. You may also want to contact the carrier directly.
