I’m a new resident here and it’s been pretty well. Everything from start to finish was very great. They even got me a townhome of my preference when asked. Liz and Cj will take care of you no problems very well mannered and communication was outstanding. I appreciate the both of them

STAY AWAY

This apartment complex is terrible. The w/d hookups are ONLY in the three bedroom. They don’t tell you that. There is a pest problem. The parking lot is terrible and there isn’t good parking. Dim lighting at night. Management is terrible and doesn’t know how to talk to people. Flooring and appliances are very outdated. Management changes often and each worse than the last.

Don’t Recommend

do not recommend San Rafael Apartments to the any one. I have had numerous issues since living in the complex such as pest issues from neighbors/the property, numerous leaks every time it rains and the maintenance office can’t locate it, my air stopped in the summer time and the maintenance crew couldn’t fix it.. they had to request a 3rd party to resolve the issues leaving me without air for days, they have nails Sticking out the barriers on the ground which damaged my bumper but YET they... claim no liability. The worker in the Office is insensitive and does not resolve my issues. I stayed because it was affordable in a nice area but that has changed. They went up $110 extra on rent but did not make any updates to the one bedroom apartments. The kitchen and bathroom is very out of date and the material they used for the counter tops are very cheap/easy to stain. You don’t get assigned parking so if u work late that’s just that u have to walk long ways to your unit, the garbage outside is far away from some units causing long walks just to take out trash. In addition to taking long walks just to get to your mailbox bc it’s not close to all the units. The place hasn’t been %100 bad but the bad does outweigh the good. St Ann drives through the apartment complex hassling cars and leaving notes on them. It’s very stressful and inconvenient I can not wait until my lease is up i will never return.

Loved My Experience

I lived here until I needed to move closer to work. I ended up going to Village Square (their sister property), but I enjoyed my stay here. I always felt like the maintenance staff actually cared, and I defanately trusted them. Also, I really liked my leasing manager - Tynesha. These are older apartments, which isn't my favorite, but they are pretty well maintained. The pricing is extremely affordable, always a plus. They have a pool too, but my only complaint is it can get a lil wild during the... summer. Overall was pretty happy here!

Leaving Reluctantly

This townhome complex is excellent for anyone who wants to live in a community but not want the responsibilities of a homeowner. You are steps away from two metro bus stops, a popular pub, deli and restaurant. You are able to live in a community that is townhomes only. There will be no one living above or below you. The townhomes are very well kept and maintenance responds to your request, which can be made online or by phone, very timely. You can also pay your rent online! Maintenance and... office staff are also very professional. You have access to the pool and play areas for the kids in the complex. The community also includes the residents in events like parades that have the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus!
