Its only one property manager he does not answer his phone and its no number to get in contact with maintenance when you put in a maintenance request. The only time he want to talk to you is the beginning to get you to move in he never knows anything. You will never be a priority he does not care about his tenants and you will receive no kind of compensation for things going wrong with your apartment or your car get broken into on the parking lot. AC unit stay broke always need to be fixed.

Safe place to live
I lived here for 2 years. Everything in the apartment is brand new while still maintaining the history of the building. The security is top notch and the dog park is very secure. There is a clean gym in the basement and there are grills in the common area. The residents are all really nice. I enjoyed my stay here overall.

Beautiful Historic Building
This is an excellent community. I am comfortable in the gym. There's a fun dog park that is wonderful for drinking your morning coffee. All the neighbors smile and say hello. The owner and workers are kind and very helpful.

Awesome!
Our daughter moved into Shepard School Lofts a few weeks ago and is having a great experience. Beautiful old building that's been meticulously renovated, incredibly safe and secure (this is #1 for her), loads of amenities, and a super responsive and friendly building manager. A+++

Excellent location!
I moved in last December and have enjoyed the friendly neighbors and ability to walk to work. All my friends that have seen the building ‘ooh’ and ‘ahh’ at how cool the space inside is. The tenants are quiet and landlord is very approachable and receptive to any need. Gated parking was a major factor to decide to move into the city and it feels safe for the area. Lots of awesome restaurants nearby and cool areas to walk around as it warms up.
