The hall, interior bedrooms and all three bathrooms are filled with light, thanks to solar tubes throughout the loft. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have butterfly valves which close to block off those sunny rays when you want a darkened room. The master bedroom has blackout curtains.
On some evenings, typically Saturdays, some Fridays, and rarely throughout the week, you may hear music that varies in volume and always wraps up by 11:00 p.m. Generally this lasts about two hours or so. You may not notice some of the events because you are on top of 2,700 pounds of soundproofing!
There is one reserved parking spot in a nearby surface lot and ample street parking.
