I feel that the apartment are in need of update appliances and the flooring should be replaced. The apartments should also be painted at least every 3 to 5 years as needed.

Our neighbors are Very nice and friendly. Most of them are welcoming us happily and smiling. They are helpful to direct the locations of different areas of the property. I’m grateful to be part of this community.

Extremely unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism of this staff. I've reached out to them multiple times about a concern I have and they refuse to even get back to me so a solution can be found. For as much as we pay for rent this place needs to be updated with at least newer appliances .. and we get charged for water use but to get hot water we have to let it run for at least 5 mins to start getting warm water that is crazy

I really like the room—it's cozy, inviting, and feels like a personal sanctuary. The furniture placement and ambiance create a perfect balance for relaxation and productivity. However, the kitchen is a bit disappointing and doesn’t meet my expectations. The counter space is limited, storage is cramped, and the ventilation isn’t great, making cooking and cleaning more challenging than I’d prefer.

That said, the balcony makes up for it in many ways. It's spacious, with a beautiful view of the... greenery and cityscape. I love spending time there, especially during sunrise or sunset. It’s my favorite spot for unwinding, whether with a book or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
