Vance Station is a wonderful place to live. We live on the third floor and love there vaulted ceilings - makes the room feel so much bigger. The office is very friendly and offers to send maintenance the same day. It is very quiet and the only time we hear people it’s because they’re laughing in the hallways.

Great place to call home!
We have lived here for three years and do not wish to move away anytime soon! On-site manager and maintenance supervisor ensures that needs can be addressed quickly. Maintenance requests can be completed 24/7 via app or in person during office hours and are typically completed the same day or the next business day (emergencies are responded to immediately any time). Grounds are kept clean with maintained landscaping. Manager Jalisa and maintenance supervisor Mike are very friendly and... professional. We are fortunate to have a unit with a balcony that faces Vance Trails Park and Fishpot Creek and enjoy visits from our deer family throughout the day. We have also seen 20 different types of backyard birds, wild turkeys, and coyotes. Great place to live if you like nature! Neighbors are diverse, quiet, and friendly.

Love Living Here!
Really love these apartment homes! As a military family, we’ve moved around a lot and have lived in several different apartments. Vance Station is the best so far. The apartments look EXACTLY as shown on their website. The quality of finishes in the units is beautiful. I love the glass tile backsplash, granite countertops, and modern appliances in the kitchen. It has a huge double sink and large pantry as well. We love the hard flooring in all the main areas and bathrooms. The gray trim and... recessed lighting throughout is gorgeous. Plus, it’s a treat to have NEW in-unit washers and driers, too. They deliver on luxury. So nice! Even though they don’t have a clubhouse/pool/fitness center, we don’t really miss them. We have a great view from our balcony. There is access to a park and a creek in our backyard. Also, it’s really handy to have a fenced in off-leash area for our dog. There is a large storage closet on every balcony and huge closets in the bedrooms. Plus, you have the option to rent a garage if you need more storage. We love the location. We get to live in a quiet residential area with great access to shopping and the city. Less than 10 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and medical care. 15-20 minutes from West County Mall. Just 30 minutes or less from everything you could want downtown: work, the Arch, museums, the airport, etc. Easy access to 141, 44, 64, and 270. We looked at a ton of different apartments when we moved to St. Louis. Vance Station was the best value we could find for square footage, quality, and location. So happy with our living choice!
