I was in contact for weeks with a leasing specialist who required me to relocate jobs for approval, only to do a 180 and deny my application after I went through the hassle of changing jobs. I have rented from this company twice for 3 years combined. The first time I rented a one bedroom one bath it was clean and comfortable. Management has changed throughout the years and the newest set of office staff is by far the most professional and compassionate staffing they’ve had in the last 6 years. We rented a newer two bedroom two bath for the last two years and it was clean and comfortable as well. Management was quick to address maintenance issues within apartment and grounds. Mildly expensive electric bills, but an average option for someone looking for a temporary stay. Office staff are understanding and friendly. Not very price friendly for what you get. Stray animals and weird people wonder the streets but if you live in West Plains, you should be use to that. Maintenance people get stuff done fast, usually within a few days.
