Do Not Move Here

The manager in the front is rude and unprofessional. They charge random fees. There was a dip in front of our apartment where water would get trapped. When asked to fix, she told us we could pay to get it fixed.

its ok

Well firstly when I moved it there was minor problems but it seemed like as the months go by the more problems. We have no working outlets we’re limited to 4 or 5 working outlets out the entire apartment. Our sink was messed up and the techs came in my home unannounced with my door completely wide open!! Also when they fixed one side of my sink the other side was messed up because of the techs. This property really is 2/10. The quietness is the only good thing and the friendly neighbors. Other... than that, I do not recommend here.

TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

PineTrails is a terrible place to live, the maintenance will come out only to tell you things that you know and never fix it. They always rigged up the air conditioning and the breaker boxes so they never wanted to replace them, the place is definitely a last resort I regret every paying that much in rent to live here !!!

Not a good choice

Please make a better choice in choosing a place to live for your family than I did. Pinetrails if any should be your last resort, I’ve had an issues with my unit since I’ve been here every year has been something starting with leakages the air conditioner unit has went out frequently ,due to this I’ve lost numerous of irreplaceable items rental insurance couldn’t do anything about it. My last mishap has been having to go without heat/stove use for the last past 3 days, no compassion for my... family after sending out someone who came in for about 5mins stated it was fixed , only to have it go out in a few hours again. The manager knows Ive had problems with my breaker in the past they patch things up to avoid replacing them causing further stress on the tenant. No one paying to stay anywhere should have to go one day let along three days with the needed resources for their family.

Stay Away!

It’s bad when a maintenance man tells your family he’s leaving because he found a better job and if we have any trouble to call and complain to Kirkland Properties. He was fed up as an employee and we are fed up as tenants. Old and run down buildings will always require maintenance. But when it’s after hours and they act as if your emergency can wait until the next day or Monday, it’s time to move. Most students and families are gone throughout the day and leaks or problems can arise in the... evening when the office is closed. They ask you a million questions before they send maintenance and the ceiling can be about to cave in! We’ve had leaks in the kitchen originating from the upstairs bathroom, leaks in the walls from the a/c unit and they had the nerve to hide cables in the walls so all we were able to get was AT&T (wireless service). We had another company come out and assess the place and they said “step aside” and pulled all types of cabling out of the walls. Apparently they don’t want us being serviced by “the other guys”. I read a comment that said the manager is only nice to men and what do ya know?! She told me I cannot call her nor the after hours line again because I’m “difficult”. My husband can only call now. She talks to him in her baby voice but she yells at me like I’m the devil himself. Before she banned me from calling, every issue I had she asked “is your husband home?”. First of all, my husband does not work for you and if it was something minor that he could do it would’ve been handled. So there’s that. Awful. -5 Stars
