Lived here four years and last year there my apt got infested with bugs and the property manager never came to check the unit. Had to call the police and she came three hours later the police beat her there. She has a picks of the ones she want to help. Air conditioner went out for three weeks and the only thing that they did was give me a fan. And also had to call the city to come and see how my apt was infested with bugs and mole. And what they did was wipe the mole out with bleach and... painted over where the mole was.I would not tell my worst enemy about this place.

Maggot infested apartments/ no manager on site
Apt building 4 are infested with maggots , three of these tenants are forced to stay here because they have no place to go . The manager was contacted about this matter she didn't come on the first called but when the Gauter police dept were notified and the officer came out and looked at the three tenants apartment he told them to call her the neighbor notified her the second time she came out and police officers and her went into the apartment they saw all the flies the smell would knock your... socks off she told the other tenants and the police officer she was going to prepare an eviction notice and put on there door to the surprise of all of us someone read the note and it said I quote come to the office in the morning that's a long way from eviction notice. The other three tenants have been and is still trying to kill those big white maggots and these tenants have small children they had maggots all over ther apartments on and. In the stove coming through the AC vents falling on you as you walk in to see all over the door in the beds closets on there food they had been bleaching all day even into the night they had to send there small children some place else for safety but they stayed there trying to contain them you clean them up they come out again over and over when it rained they got worse them she(manager) sent the maintain economic man with a bag of lime what was that for? The police officers told the tenant not to pay rent that building should be cleaned by a professional cleaning service and by those tenants new furniture and the manager should be fired because she is not doing her job I feel for the children how heartless can you be. This situation is just awful and the owners should be notified immediately
