Watersmark is a great apartment for the price. It has friendly management and is close to everything in downtown Gulfport. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, it was promptly taken care of. It was quiet, safe, and the neighbors were all very nice. If they had 3 bedroom units, I’d still be living there!

I really enjoyed my stay there. If I didnt have to move close to family for personal reasons I wouldn't of never moved. I loved all my neighbors it was so peaceful and quiet.
If there was any problems ms renee was always right on it. Maintenance was never a problem at all one call that's all lol. I love MS. Renee she made you feel like family and not just a tenant. If I move back to the area this will be the first place I look up. I feel I have a lifelong friend indeed!

We have been at the apartment for almost a year and have enjoyed living here very much.
The location is perfect as it is close to the beach (which I loved) and away from the busy streets. The stuff, maintenance and office, has always been very welcoming and accommodating. It is a perfect place to call home, no matter how long you are planning to stay :) We highly recommend Water Mark to anyone!

WatersMark Apartments are a great place to live. They have clean apartments with stainless appliances. Tile and wood floors throughout. Free cable!! Complex manager is wonderful lady. The complex is gated so security is good. Friendly people living in the complex too! Close to the beaches and casinos, as well as downtown business district.I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to live on the MS Gulf Coast.

I am a single women and was looking for this pleasant and quiet place and I found it here at waters mark apartments it's very clean and close to the beach I feel very safe here,the apartment has hardwood floors which I love cause I have allergies,it's perfect for a single person,it's two bedroom . The people here are all friendly. When you have a problem they jump on it to fix it it's a great place to live, beaches around the corner.
