I love staying here at Colony Pointe. The area is very quiet, traffic is not heavy, and my neighbors are awesome individuals. The office staff & maintenance crew are both very friendly. I will recommend this property to most of my friends.

Just need some updating and pressure washing. Clean up around the garage can. It’s quiet and everyone friendly. I would recommend first a time mover

Easy and quick process with acquisition of the unit. Ms. Phyllis and staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the the location and the unit is very spacious.

Great apartments, this make my second year here and it’s still one of the best apartments yet!!!!
I have had minor problems but nothing major, staff is also great.
