Highly recommend!!

I love the apartments here. They are a lot nicer than most I’ve seen elsewhere, not to mention it’s so quiet and peaceful. The office staff and maintenance employees are awesome. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Renovations are subpar!

Honest, objective review:
Just do your homework before considering this community. No apartment complex will be perfect. I have only been here six weeks. But if I had a "Plan B", I would not have moved here. I had already put notice at my previous place. So I was on limited time frame with no other options. Anyway, here you have to put in your deposit within a week of your application being approved. However, because they are "renovating" apartments, you are not able to do a walk-through until...
it's time to sign lease. And though you can opt to not sign a lease if you take issue with anything, you will still lose your deposit. Anyway, the floors in these apartments are terrible!! The extent of the renovation was only to cover up bad flooring with carpet. There isn't a step you can make in any room without hearing a squeak or sinking into the floor. This is no exaggeration! The same goes for the bathtubs -only patchwork was done, and you would have to stand absolutely still or you will squeak to the point that you think the tub might crack or fall in! The new kitchen cabinets are unevenly mounted, as wells as the bathroom mirrors. There are really too many negatives to outline here. My suggestion to you is that if you're looking for an Upstairs unit, to request to walk-through an Upstairs model. And even that may not help, as they typically have models done proper enough to fool you into thinking your unit will be the same. All a model really does is give you assessment of square footage to see how your belongings will fit the space. And I haven't even touched on the amount of Marijuana smell that permeates through the outlets from next door neighbors, and the excessively loud music playing through the night -again, the walls are already super thin. I will be m ing the first chance I get, and take my chances at another complex -even if I have to put up with crazy neighbors, I at least want to pay all this high rent for a better renovated apartment.

Terrible!

Be careful with this apartment complex. Especially if you’re a veteran. I could not physically sign my lease with them because I was still active Duty in the Army stationed in NY so they gave my apartment away. When I called they had no available apartments, so I found a complex that did! Now they won’t return my security deposit and I have to take them to court because they feel that they’re above Mississippi state law. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. ??
