maintenance is quick to respond, and the snow removal has been great. the hot tub and fire pit have been perfect for the colder evenings and weekend mornings!

The community is nice. It does seem like the features were designed for not so many people to use them. The hot tub, gym, coffee machine, golf simulator, and clubhouse can be difficult to use due to crowding during hours after/before work.
The sound proofing in the buildings is negligible which can be annoying… but overall I’m happy!
