I lived here for the past 3 years since the building was newly constructed and let me tell you, they DO NOT care about there residents in the slightest. Scott, the building new manager/maintenance man is very kind and does his best for the residents which is always much appreciated because he does care. However, Precision Management is single handedly the worst company I have ever rented from and keeps any meaningful changes from happening because they're cheap, selfish, and not located in AVL.... They did NOTHING for residents affected by Helene besides raise the rent and evict people. My car was broken into almost a dozen times living here, no security cameras were ever placed. Now they are trying to continue to charge me rent after I have moved out, and after talking to others this is a common problem. I would suggest living anywhere else, because this building is ran by leeches.

The staff is very accommodating. Neighbors are nice and sociable. They keep it clean and are always friendly.
