Beautiful home in very nice residential area next to Mission hospital. This is a 2 bedroom space with a bathroom in each bedroom plus a half bath. The master has a GIANT bathroom with double shower, double sinks and large walk in closet plus... incredible light and it's own private porch. Kitchen has a gas range and chef's oven, half bath is by the dining room, and there is a huge porch with patio furniture, party lights and beautiful views. The living room offers gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings throughout and so much light. Up stairs you will find a very large area currently used as a sitting room + office space, great mountain views from the desk. An additional bedroom, walk in closet, and bathroom are upstairs. Both beds are king sized and comfy. All furniture, kitchen needs, appliances, cook wear, dinnerware, linens, etc, anything you could think of is available. All Personal effects seen in photos will be gone before you move in.
The house has a small basement apartment that is rented to a friend who is here about half the time, but the spaces are completely seperate. No shared entrances or space.
There is a 2 car garage, this will have my personal effects. But if you need storage space we can work something out.
I pay 3500$ plus about 600$/ month in utilities. The house will come with all utilities and fiber optic internet included. I am not trying to make money, I'm trying to lose less money while I am away for work in miami and paying for a place there.
The house is available April, may, June. I can be semi flexible with dates, just reach out.
If you decide to move in, I will require a deposit and you will need to fill out an application with black bear rentals through their portal as a "legal occupant" of the property. This does not effect your credit, does not mean you are on the primary lease, and the application fee is 40$ which I'll take off the rent if you move in.
