I have lived here for 3 months and I LOVE it. The location is great with lots of places close by to eat and enjoy a night out. The community is amazing and well kept. The apartment has a very modern feel to it... Allen is a great property manager and is always on top of any issues that you may have. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

Since living here, I have enjoyed every minute! Very friendly staff and neighbors. I enjoy the quiet neighborhood very much. My favorite part is using the fire pit on chilly nights.

I enjoyed living here until the new management took over. Within the last 6 months they have added new fee's and charges above and beyond the usual. Expect to pay close to $100 or more just in fees above what they advertise as monthly rent. They list as luxury apartments but they are no where near luxury. I've lived in much nicer complexes listed as family residences. They have no amenities other than a 'gym' that's the size of a bathroom. Pet friendly, but no dog park and many residents do not... pick up after their dog. The hallways in the buildings are filthy and are covered with spider webs and other bugs. They go through and use a leaf blower to blow the bugs out the end of the hall where everything lands in front of the entrances. Several people have had their cars broken into. Read More
