Maintenance requests, even though they’re not always high priority, are always treated as such. Always resolved in the fastest and most efficient way, I usually make requests before going to work and come back and are resolved. Service here is top notch.

Cameron has been amazing to work with, from the tour of the apartments to helping with the application process he was very knowledgeable & eager to help & make this an enjoyable process! The apartments are magnificent & very well put together. You feel at home as soon as you walk onto the property. Very excited for my new journey at The Banks! :)

This place is everything anyone that loves a fresh start and a new clean community. there leasing agent Aryana showed us around the community and gave us great in-site on what this community has to offer now and in the future. Great amenities, very close to the city and Airport, and a very nice area all around. Definitely a place to be if new to the city of charlotte

The application process was quick and straightforward. The Banks team was very willing to help. The apartments are new and modern. The closets are huge 10/10. The location is also great! There’s enough privacy without being in the middle of nowhere and the river adds an element of serenity. Great amenities too.
