Located 5 miles from Boone and 1 mile from Blowing Rock on Hwy 321 between Boone and Blowing Rock, just by the Blue Ridge Parkway. Each apartment is comprised of one room plus a bathroom. While there is no kitchen, a microwave and small refrigerator / freezer are included. Each apartment also has its own back porch, which overlooks a yard and pond. Credit / debit card operated laundry is onsite and available. Community convenience center for trash 1/4 mile down the road. Peaceful setting. Blowing Rock Lodge Community Rules apply, including quiet hours and no partying. Single occupancy. Due to septic restrictions, only one occupant per unit. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. If rent is paid before the first of each month, we provide an early payment discount of $25, taking the rent down to $775. Rent includes heating and cooling and any other electricity, water, TV and high speed internet. Lease will run through July 27th.
